  • I can not draw overly distorted eldritch horror creatures.

  • I will not draw any type of abuse, harassment, bigotry, excessive gore, or fetishes I am uncomfortable with. It is under my discretion on what I will or will not draw.

  • I will NOT be drawing art for NFTs.

Do i have to credit you?

  • Yes. Usually I prefer being mentioned in the main tweet whenever the art is shared but if you are commenting the art under a bunch of posts in a short amount of time, you can @/ me so my notifications do not get flooded.

  • All commissioned works will contain my watermark that can not be cropped or edited out. If you need to crop the artwork for a profile picture, etc., you can request a cropped version with the watermark from me.

  • If it fits, I appreciate credits in the bio if you are using my art as a profile picture!

  • Should any issues with the client arise, I can request to not be credited and associated with them for any reason.

will you be posting/streaming my commissioned art?

  • Yes, I will be posting watermarked WIPs and streaming my progress on your commission unless asked to do otherwise for secret projects.

  • I may also post your art on my website or for tweets showcasing my portfolio.

What is your turnaround time?

  • I'll usually take 1-3 weeks to work on your commission! This does not include wait time for previous commissions to be done. If any unexpected delays happen or it takes me more time than I thought to work on your commission, you'll be duly notified by me.

how do you go through your commission queue?

  • Usually on a first come, first serve basis. I may work on commissions simultaneously but as much as possible, I will finish the commissions of those who paid first.

  • Your place in my commission queue will be determined on when you pay me. If you contacted me earlier than someone else but paid later than them, they will still be served first.

what payment platforms do you use?

  • PayPal for international clients and GCash for local (Philippines) clients. I will send an e-mail invoice through PayPal and a custom e-mail invoice with my Terms of Service for GCash payments. GCash payments will be requested by me.

  • Only payments made through the invoice or requested by me will be considered official. Any excess payments or payments sent through other means will be considered as tips and are non-refundable.

  • International clients pay in USD and local clients in PHP.

what references should i give?

  • Please prepare your references in a single high resolution image including both images and text explaining the elements. Make sure to include references for the skin color, eye color, hair style, clothes, accessories, tattoos, scars, props/pets, pose, and background. If you can't find an exact reference for what you want, even a simple sketch would help.

can you draw in a specific artist's style i want?

  • It depends on the style. If it is a simple famous style like Adventure Time, Persona, Simpsons, etc. I will draw it.

  • I will not draw in a specific indie artists' style.

  • Do not request me to magically be able to draw like RossDraws, Sakimichan, or Serafleur, etc. TT^TT.

What are your commercial use policies?

  • I define commercial use as any use of the image with the intention to generate profit, including but not limited to promotions, branding, monetized content creation, etc. Please make sure that you own or have permission to use the intellectual property of the content to be used commercially. Different commercial usages will incur different fees listed down below.

  • Being posted under a content creation or company account for indirect promotion such as fanart of your monetized personality, profile pictures, or banners will incur a 10% fee.

  • Being used directly for content creation such as a reference sheet, logo, emotes, thumbnails, or PNGTubers will incur a 50% fee.

  • Being used for sold merchandise such as patron rewards, stickers, prints, shirts, charms, pins, or dakimakuras will incur a 100% fee.

  • If your art was originally for personal use and you decide to use it for commercial purposes later on, you must inform me so I can invoice you accordingly (e.g. turning a personal OC into a Vtuber).

  • It is under my discretion on under which one of these tiers I believe your usage falls under or if I need to increase the fees.

what do you consider as custom character design?

  • This is when you do not have an existing design for the character you want me to draw whether it be for a single illustration or reference sheet. The fee for the custom design will also depend on the complexity of your character. I will be designing the character for you based on provided reference images and descriptions. The revision policies below will apply so please be certain on the design you desire and prepare the references accordingly. If you have an existing character and just wish to have them drawn in different clothes or hairstyles, etc., I will not charge any additional fees.

how do you price based on complexity?

  • I'm basing the complexity based on some sample images below (These are not my art, they are respectively from DC's Young Justice, Sword Art Online, and Fire Emblem Awakening). These prices are for the character itself. Additional fees will be charged for pets, weapons, tails, wings.

Simple: Minimal details on the clothes and accessories. Base price will be given.

Moderate: More accessories, colors, and details. An additional fee will be charged.

Complex: Many clothes parts and accessories with tiny details. Complex hairstyles or tattoos, or additional body parts, etc. A higher additional fee will be charged.

how many revisions do you allow?

  • The commissioner reserves the right to request a major change once and a minor change twice after the artist sends an initial sketch for approval and before the final render begins. Any subsequent major overhaul will cost an additional 20% of the full commission price, and any subsequent minor overhaul will cost an additional 5%. The commissioner will be billed for these changes before they are applied. These additional charges will be applied in compound. No more changes except one minor change will be accepted after the final image has been rendered.

what files will i receive?

  • I usually give a 300 dpi .png file but you may request for other image types. I can also provide a transparent .png of your character without the background but I must be informed of the type of editing done with it.

  • Inform me if you need your files to be cut in specific layers for animation as additional fees will be charged.

what is your refund policy?

  • Once the invoice has been paid, I will not be providing any refunds even if the artwork has not yet been started. The only time I will offer a refund is if I am unable to continue the artwork due to reasons such as health, difficulties with the client, unforseen circumstances, etc.
